hobi baru : memasak

mungkin bermula hari ini aku akan menulis secara estetika dan mungkin sedikit sebanyak perlu ada nilai nilai murni untuk diterapkan kepada pembaca di sini. aku tau blog ni memang tak ada pembaca melainkan diri sendiri. seronok apa baca blog sendiri. memang syok.

ok sebagai langkah pertama aku nak bercerita antara menu menu di rumah yang aku masak selama aku duduk bersenang lenang di waktu cuti. antara pencapaian terbaik ialah masak lemak labu. yeay! i dah boleh kahwin tau! tapi aku tak ada gambar. cuma aku ada gambar waktu aku masak kangkung goreng belacan dengan ayam goreng. biarlah lauk bujang pon. yang penting perut kenyang. jom layan.

ok for the chicken fried, firstly rinse the chicken cleanly and sprinkle a bit amount of salt and turmeric powder. then gaul semua bahan sebati. tadaaaa, bawah ni hasil gaulannya.

antara tips, pastikan minyak betol betol panas baru masukkan ayam. kalau tak, ayam akan melekat kat kuali.
